Christmas Nougat

Christmas is just around the corner, almost finished my christmas shopping and baking. Now all I really need to do is put up the tree!



If all else fails don’t choose, just combine the lot…

I combine recipes from the three books above, using no honey and watching the toffee so it didn’t brown, to ensure that the nougat would be a crisp white.

I added almonds, coco nibs, dried cranberries, and free dried raspberries, so it was nice and christmasy, and after one failed attempt this was my final product.
